Quality Control & EN 10204 3.1 Certification
Every production run delivered by StålFe is accompanied by an authenticated EN 10204 Type 3.1 Inspection Certificate legally guaranteed by STALFE SAS (Paris). Testing is performed in dedicated NABL-accredited metallurgical laboratories.
Spark OES Chemical Analysis
Direct-reading optical emission spectrometer (OES) verifies exact ladle chemistry for C, Si, Mn, P, S, Cr, Ni, Mo, Cu, and residual Mg before every pour.
Mechanical & Microstructure
Tensile testing machine, Charpy V-notch impact tester (-20°C LT), and image analysis microscopes confirming >80% nodularity and pearlite/ferrite ratio per ISO 945.
CMM 3D Dimensional Inspection
Bridge-type Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and 3D optical scanning verify critical tolerances against CAD STEP models with full PPAP Level 3 capability.
European Consignment Buffer
Consignment buffer inventory stored in Paris Region / Île-de-France, Le Havre, and Lyon ensuring guaranteed 24–48h replenishment call-offs for EU OEM assembly lines.
Non-ferrous focus
Capacity ~200 MT/month with expansion toward ~300 MT/month for Brass, Bronze, Nickel aluminium bronze (NAB), Bismuth alloys.
